TERMS OF SALE AND RETURN POLICY

STS Health’s Terms of Sale and Return Policy:

You may return the product, within 30 days of the date on which your purchase was delivered (as indicated by our records ), for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We cannot accept products that have been opened, damaged, associated with expired RMAs, or that were expressly sold as non-returnable. For a product that is unopened with its seal intact and in good, marketable condition without package blemishes, you will be refunded the complete amount you were charged for the product.
We are only able to accept returns for quantities actually purchased by you directly from us. You can email us with your questions, comments or concerns at any time at info@stshealth.com. Our practice is to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

STS Health does not provide any warranty on the products that we sell. Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. Please contact us for more information. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is submitted. We can issue a refund if you contact us at info@stshealth.com and your order has not yet been shipped. For orders that have been shipped, please see our return policy above.

Return Instructions: We require a Return Merchandise Authorization number for all returns, which we will promptly issue for any RMA requested within 30 days of the date on which your purchase was delivered. Click the link below to request your RMA number, and we will reply with your RMA number and other return instructions within two business days. Write your RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to the address we provide.

Your return must be shipped within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return to STS Health, unless the product is being returned because of an error made by us, in which case we will provide further instructions. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

When we receive your return with the proper RMA number, we will promptly give you a refund of the price you paid for the product being returned, excluding shipping costs. Please understand that if your original order qualified for “free shipping”, your credit will be reduced by the original outgoing shipping costs we incurred. A credit or refund will be issued following our receipt of the returned product and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
